Legal implications of the State of Palestine joining the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol)

The research aims to identify the International Criminal Police Organization and its developments, explain international cooperation in the field of combating crime and its mechanisms, clarify the legal implications of the State of Palestine joining the International Criminal Police Organization, and also set the researcher's recommendations in light of the research results that will be obtained through the research. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach through which the researcher attempts to describe the phenomenon that is the subject of the study, analyze its data, and show the relationship between its components and the opinions that are put forward about it, the processes that it includes, and the effects that it causes. It also uses the comparative approach that helps the researcher discover the overall characteristics of the phenomenon in its past, present, or future by comparing and highlighting the similar and different characteristics between two phenomena or societies, and knowing the degree of development or decline of the phenomenon. At the end of the research, the researcher will explain the results that the research has reached, and the researcher will also put forward many recommendations and proposals based on the results he reaches. The research will consist of several axes as follows: The problem of the study and its importance, The emergence and development of the International Interpol, International cooperation in the field of combating crime, Palestine's accession to the International Criminal Police Organization and Conclusion.
