Abstract

The research paper seeks to study and identify the mechanisms of communication technology to empower women politically in third world societies, and to empower women politically, and to provide accurate and distinct information about women and their activities in the political field and their relationship to society, to reveal the political participation of women in the thought and behavior of people. Attitudes of women per se. determine the legal parameters of participation.
