Abstract

 

The entry of women into the field of education and work was wide, but their entry into the field of political work was slow, and while recognizing the importance of the presence of women in political positions, the small percentage at the national or international levels indicates the existence of barriers that must be confronted by taking positive measures, and for their impact to be real and effective in Political life.

As for the importance of the research and the proposed results, they are related to the problem of responsible women, who are likely to be less effective in issues that concern women. because of the pressure exerted on her for the actions of men, so that she is less qualified for the position she holds; Therefore, the expected result of the research is to focus on the outputs presented in the media that confirm the optimal direction of the role of women in political and social decision-making.
