Islam has been concerned with human rights since the beginning of its formation in its mother's womb and guaranteed it several rights, as well as when it goes out into this world and grows up and grows up in its family and homeland through childhood, which is the building block and foundation on which the right human being is built. Islam has made raising children a great responsibility that man is asked about on the Day of Resurrection.
We note that any failure in this task leads to catastrophic effects in society, including the leakage of children into the streets without control and accountability, so that the weak souls exploit them greatly This reflects negatively on society and as a result of which a term that we have not heard of before, which is called street children, has appeared, and it is our duty to clarify this phenomenon and the proposed solutions in Islamic jurisprudence and law to protect and pay attention to this category, passing
through the reasons that led to this, Using the comparative inductive approach to its suitability to the subject with mention of what is stated in Yemeni and Egyptian law of introducing them and the rights granted to them.
