Abstract

The gift is legitimate and the Law-Giver has encouraged it, and the evidence for its legitimacy is the Book, the Sunnah and the consensus, and the Muslim society has never been devoid of non-Muslims, in all ages, and Muslims have not been prevented from living with those who oppose them in religion and communicating and having a relationship with them. living together with them.
The principle in dealing with the infidels is that whoever shows his hostility towards Muslims or manifests against them, his recompense is the same, and he deserves enmity and hatred, and his allegiance is forbidden. And that one of the purposes of the law is to give them sufficient opportunity to consider this religion, reflect on it and see it.
