Abstract

The economy in Islam depends on a jurisprudential heritage and cognitive roots in order to achieve the purposes of Sharia and to take care of the interests of the individual and society in perfect harmony without conflict between them, based on the following objectives:

- Knowing the relationship between economics and belief, between economics and Sharia, between economics and doctrine;

- Knowing the foundations upon which the economy is built in Islam that make it different and unique, and the elements that purify and strengthen its existence.

To reach the following results:

- Economics in Islam seeks to achieve necessities, then needs, then improvements, and when there is a conflict, it works on the principle of priorities;

- The economist in Islam is the one who presents the best way to organize economic life, and this falls within the scope of the doctrine that works to evaluate and change reality.
