Judicial report is the cornerstone of every judicial procedure, which is done by reporting companies by reporters that thing, raises the question about the legal responsibility of them. Reporting companies report based on the agreement between the ministry of justice and them so we reached several results: there is an existing contract between ministry of justice and the judicial report requester in which the ministry of justice is an original contractor and the reporting company is a subcontractor.
And the study concluded with a number of recommendations. The most important of which is that errors from reporters are possible and may constitute a disadvantage to the report requester or the person to be notified. Ministry of justice and reporting companies are responsible for this so that is a burden on the parties and this makes finding of a proposed system to ensure the responsibility of the reporter which includes ensuring for requester and to relieve the burden of the part.
