Abstract

The modern Khalilian linguistic theory by Abdul Rahman Al-Haj Saleh is one of the significant projects that revitalized and reexamined Arabic linguistic heritage from a new perspective. It is a linguistic theory in modern linguistic studies that successfully combines heritage and contemporaneity, taking significant steps in the path of contemporary Arabic linguistic research and rekindling interest in the principles of grammar, striving to embody authentic grammatical thought.

This research paper aims to introduce the Khalilian theory as a modern theory and subsequently outline its essential concepts. The school emphasizes reviving linguistic thought and reexamining it to align with computational linguistic studies and meet the requirements of modern vision. This intervention seeks to achieve the following results: embodying the principles of the Khalilian theory in practical terms, applying its most important results, especially in providing solutions to the crisis in Arabic grammar education, automatic processing of the Arabic language, and the voluntary adaptation of the Arabic language to computers with the possibility of applying technology to the Arabic language.
