Participation applications in Yemeni Islamic banks(International Islamic Tadhamon Bank and Saba Islamic Bank as an example)

Islamic banks depend in their financing on Islamic financing formulas that are legally considered, and among those formulas is the partnership formula, and although it is one of the most important and best financing formulas in terms of clarity and contribution to development, it does not obtain its right to practice in Yemeni Islamic banks, and it could not compete with other formulas. Such as Murabaha, and this may be due to the dangers surrounding it, and this study aims to know this formula and the extent of its use in the Yemeni Islamic banks, and to achieve this, the inductive, descriptive, and analytical approaches were used by comparing and analyzing the volume of participation applications in the Yemeni Islamic banks in question compared to the formulas other Islamic studies, and the study reached a number of results and recommendations.
