Negotiations and their role in settling energy contract disputes

Negotiations are one of the most prominent direct amicable means of resolving disputes, which are based on the principle of direct dialogue between the parties to the conflict with the aim of settling it. It also plays an important preventive role in a potential dispute as it helps the parties to reach a settlement whereby they avoid the occurrence of disputes with their negative effects, and in view of what energy contracts have. Of interest, which made the disputes that arise from them of a sensitive nature, in terms of the extent to which the parties to the contractual relationship can deal with these disputes and settle them to produce satisfactory results that prevent the breakdown of contractual ties and maintain the friendly relationship between the parties. Negotiations had a major role in avoiding disputes arising from energy contracts by remediing them before they flared up, and they also had a role in settling many disputes after their occurrence.
