Abstract

The research paper entitled: "The Reality of the Possible Organization in the Algerian Institution" aims to identify the nature of the possible organization, and to identify the most important socio-organizational approaches to the possible organization; Through its three dimensions _ job enrichment, possible leadership, building intellectual competence _, the disclosure of the most important obstacles to building the possible organization, and in conclusion of the research paper, the analysis of the reality of the possible organization in the Algerian institution.
