The conflict of womens roles and their effects on achieving sustainable development

The role of women was not only part of the process of civilization, economic and scientific advancement, but also reached the realization of a sustainable developmental role. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify the conflict of roles of women and their effects in achieving sustainable development. In order to complete this research, the descriptive approach was used, and the research was applied to a random sample of managers, heads of departments and employees of institutions concerned with women, and the number of the sample was (175) individuals. The most prominent results are that women have a role in achieving sustainable development, but it did not reach the extent that makes a fundamental change, and did not work within mechanisms to achieve this. Feminism should work to enhance its role in achieving sustainable development.
