this research shows the aspects of Islam's care for women, focusing on the aspects of God's(Allah's) justice and the great care accorded by Islamic law (sharea) to women, especially, in the inheritance that a woman inherits from her inheritance, there are cases in which the male inherits more, cases in which the male and female inheritance is equal, and cases in which the woman inherits more than the man. Which refutes a broad claim accusing Islam of giving the male absolute priority over the female. If we find a discrepancy in inheritance between male and female in some issues, it is due to other considerations that have nothing to do with the gender of the heir in them, then this research came to clarify and demonstrate that.
