In this article, we address an important topic about the middle school of Moroccan jurisprudence(Alegria at the moment) and the stages it went through in order to prove its existence and establish its pillars according to a specific methodology based on ijtihad, this method whose leaders and scholars worked to establish its existence, leaving behind major scientific works that are still in use until today. To activate this scientific movement by encouraging scientific trips to and from it, and urging authors and discussions between scientists and students in order to create a scientific atmosphere based on ijtihad in the science of jurisprudence.
