Abstract

The study revolved around the legal concept of the ship, and the statement of its annexes in accordance with the jurisprudential pluralism on it, as well as the study of the legal nature of the ship through its location between the transferred and immovable funds, and the second research took over the question of the civil subjectivity of the ship, in terms of legal documents, as well as the demonstration of elements of the ship's civil self.

The study contained some observations on the legislation governing the issue of the study, perhaps most notably the need to modify the concept of the legal vessel as it does not fit the standards of the legal concept of the ship and the study recommended a definition within the board, and it was noted that the obligation to subject the ship to a degree by the classification bodies, to be attached to the law of legal trade with an annex containing classification criteria for the Jordanian port, and at the end we noted the importance of strengthening legal research in these journals to enrich the Jordanian library in area he had been heedless.
