The impact of the implementation of the comprehensive quality management system on the improvement of health services in government hospitals in the city of Marib

Abstract

Health services are one of the most important requirements of the human being. They relate to his health and wellness. Not only is it important to maintain one's integrity but also to increase one's ability to build and develop Therefore, the researcher made the most important objective of this research to study the state of the health institution and try to improve the quality of the health services in it and to sensitize workers to the quality of the service and know the correct procedures in the care of patients. We divided the research into five basic chapters, two theoretical chapters and the last three applied chapters, in which we tried hard to answer the question of the problem; The implementation of the CQM system has had an impact on the improvement of health services.

The study was conducted on a range of government hospitals within the scope of the study and we have reached a series of findings and recommendations, the most important of which is to urge greater effort to improve the quality of services provided and to motivate managers and staff by applying the principles of comprehensive quality, which in turn has an impact on the improvement of public health in society and other important recommendations, which, if adopted, will fade patients' complaints.
