Abstract

Islamic sciences have gone through multiple stages since, and during those stages these sciences established their rules and conventions, and since knowledge of the terminology of a science is a key to access it, scholars have been concerned with explaining the meanings of terms, and they found a discrepancy in the meanings of the terms in modern literature than ancient literature;  It was important to study those changes. It aimed to track  the development of the scholars of endowment and initiation of a range of terms of this science to monitor the phenomenon of semantic development of these terms, and allocated the  research with the  terms of silence, cutting and endowment, and I chose to tag him: "The phenomenon of semantic development of the terms  of  forensic sciences (endowment and initiation as a model) - a terminological study -".

One of the most important of these findings is to demonstrate the semantic variation of the use of terms between the ancients and the moderns.
